What LANDIIN makes
LANDIIN designs and configures outdoor-kitchen cabinetry as a system rather than as one-off joinery. Three single-wall arrangements are published as starting directions rather than as products: the cabinet sections, appliance positions, finishes and end treatments change around the space they are going into. Anything that is not a single straight layout is drawn as a custom kitchen.
Projects are designed and coordinated in Miami, for South Florida spaces.
How the cabinetry is built
LANDIIN kitchens use ¾-inch LDPE cabinet boxes and ¾-inch HDPE doors and finished fronts. Stainless-steel soft-close hardware and adjustable leveling legs complete a cabinet system designed around precise outdoor installation.

How a project runs
Configured around the site
A starting layout is configured against the space available, the functions needed and the appliances intended for it.
Verified before fabrication
Site verification required before fabrication. Site conditions, utilities, appliances, materials and dimensions are confirmed.
Specified in one document
The configuration, dimensions, materials, appliance requirements and complete scope are set out together.
Approved before anything is built
Fabrication begins only after that scope is approved.
Pricing available after design review.
How it works, in fullStarting a project
Send the space you have and the kitchen you have in mind. A LANDIIN designer reviews the project and recommends a configuration.
